In 2021, GENTILINI ACADEMY was created, an internal academy with the best professionals to fully train each employee. An academy where everyone improves first as a person and only then as a professional .

In 2021 we created the COMPANY LIBRARY, a space where every employee can borrow a book of an educational, technical or pure leisure type. But we didn't stop there because we believe that, like reading, sharing is a very powerful tool.
Here is another idea: during our Academy, a person from the team presents a book that he has read to inspire the whole group towards new concepts and new readings.
