Technical details
Turning and milling operations are integrated into a structured production process designed to ensure geometric precision, dimensional stability, and repeatability over time.
Main production capacities:
- CNC turning on 4- and 5-axis machines, both from bar stock and from stock
- Turning from bar stock up to Ø 90 mm, with a maximum bar length of 3,200 mm
- Turning from stock up to Ø 240 mm
- Machining of shafts, pins, and rotating components with complex geometries
- Management of eccentric profiles and concavities up to R35
- Machining of alloy steels and cast iron
Each production cycle is defined according to the material, functional tolerances, and the final application of the component.
Dimensional checks are performed during the machining phases and at the end of the process, ensuring compliance with specifications and repeatability on subsequent batches.
